Dell Bios Master Passwort resetten

Immer wieder steht man vor dem Problem mit dem Bios.
Das Bios kann sehr hartnäckig sein, vor Allem wenn ein Master Passwort gesetzt ist, was man nicht kennt.

Entweder man bezahlt Dell eine Gebühr von 54$ für das zurücksetzen, oder greift auf geeignete Tools zurück.
Diese zu finden ist aber sehr schwer.

Hier hat sich ein russischer Blogger die Mühe gemacht ein eigenes Tool zu schreiben. Das Tool generiert ein ByPass Master Password, welches in den Bios eingegeben werden können, egal was gerade aktuell gesetzt ist.

Ist es eingegeben und akzeptiert, wird man aufgefordert ein neues Passwort zu setzen. Natürlich ist es auch möglich es zu löschen.

Zu beachten gibt es nur, dass bei gewissen Modellen, z.B. E6410, bei der Eingabe des Masterpasswort am Ende CTRL + ENTER gedrückt werden muss anstelle den OK Button. Macht man dies nicht, wird das Password nicht akzeptiert.
Auch muss das Passwort als QWERTY Layout eingegeben werden. Somit muss darauf geachtet werden das die Tasten Y und Z für den deutschsprachigen Raum vertauscht sind.
